Night Of Psalms
Gather your parishioners of all ages for a memorable evening of
sing-a-long. With a video backdrop of stunning and inspirational artwork
facilitated by streaming lyrics, the people will certainly lift their voices and
respond. Whether the presentation of "Night Of Psalms" is a fundraiser or
"friend raiser" it promises to bring a prayerful appreciation for the beauty of
the psalms.
Utilizing the talents of our United Catholic Artists team of singers, cantors
and musicians, each presentation is unique as we draw from the talents of the
host parish. Members of your parish are encouraged to participate with our team
in the presentation. Whenever possible, we enjoy spending time with music
ministry in reflection, prayer and joyful music making as we prepare for the
psalm presentation.
Along with an exciting evening of song, your parishioners will also leave the
event knowing an entire year's worth of brand new psalms that use the verbatim
lectionary text. It can inspire a new interest in the psalms and offer a
terrific catechetical opportunity.
